The purpose of the workshop is to discuss, challenge and plan the next 5 years for Shelly Beach. The workshop will be strategic with an emphasis on our values, why we are here, what are our strengths and what are the opportunities for change moving forward. There will be some discussion on our operations as part of the exercise but this is not the intent of the day.

This form must be completed if you wish to attend the Shelly Beach Surf Club Strategy Workshop. (You must be a financial member). I would personally like to see representation from across all areas in the club including Juniors, Competition, Seniors, Opens, Masters, Education, Surf Life Saving, Gear Stewards, Newcomers, Seasoned members and Life members.

The workshop will be held on Saturday the 4th of August 2018 and is from 10am to 3pm in the Lupica Room. Lunch will be provided. Due to the limited space in the Lupica room, the day will be limited in numbers. I will remove this page once we have reached capacity.

What to bring? “An open mind”. All ideas welcome and respected.

A summary of this workshop will be made available to all members ahead of the 2018/2019 season.
